- 1 level teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 4 tablespoons oil
- salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons grated fresh coconut
- 4 green chillies
- 25 mm. piece ginger
- 14 cloves garlic
