- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teacup milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- 3 tablespoons ghee
- 3 cloves garlic
- 12 mm. piece ginger
- 2 cardamoms
- 1 tablespoon cashewnuts
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (khus-khus)
