- 1 cup yellow moong dal (split yellow gram)

- 1 teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder)
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt to taste
