    • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds (saunf)
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala
    • 4 tablespoons chopped coriander
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    • salt
    • oil for deep frying
