Ingredients
- 1 cup Green Giant Niblets Sweet Corn
- 1 cup plain flour (maida)
- 1 cup cornflour
- 1 teaspoon readymade mustard paste
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for deep frying
- 2 tablespoons spring onion greens, chopped
- 1 teaspoon tomatoes, chopped (optional)
Method
Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl and keep aside.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a kadhai and scatter individual batter coated kernels in the oil. Deep fry until they are golden brown in colour and drain on absorbent paper.
Step 3
Serve immediately, garnished with spring onion greens and tomatoes.
