    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Green Giant Niblets Sweet Corn
    • 1 cup plain flour (maida)
    • 1 cup cornflour
    • 1 teaspoon readymade mustard paste
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
    • 1 cup water
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • oil for deep frying
    • 2 tablespoons spring onion greens, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon tomatoes, chopped (optional)

    Method

    Step 1

    Mix together all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl and keep aside.

    Step 2

    Heat the oil in a kadhai and scatter individual batter coated kernels in the oil. Deep fry until they are golden brown in colour and drain on absorbent paper.

    Step 3

    Serve immediately, garnished with spring onion greens and tomatoes.
