TOMATO CORN CHUTNEY

Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/ 2 cup sweet corn kernels
- 1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds (kalonji)
- 4 to 5 curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil and add the nigella seeds.
Step 2
Add the curry leaves, ginger, green chilli and the corn and saute for sometime till the corn is almost cooked.
Step 3
Add the tomato, sugar and salt and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4
Cool and serve.
