- 3 level tablespoons gram flour (besan)
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander-cumin seed (dhana-jira) powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- salt to taste
